Cabell Huntington Hospital is looking for a full-time Histology Supervisor to join our Laboratory team.
As a member of the Marshall Health Network, Cabell Huntington Hospital is a 303-bed teaching facility affiliated with the Marshall University Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nursing. We are home to the Hoops Family Children's Hospital and the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center, serving patients across West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and southern Ohio.
This role primarily involves supervising the Histology department, managing the preparation of tissue specimens for microscopic analysis, and conducting special stains as needed. Additionally, the supervisor will perform gross descriptions and submit biopsy specimens for processing.

- Junior College/Technical School required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Histotechnician Registration required.
- 2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience required.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
A minimum of three years' experience in all phases of Histology is required.
