Wanted: Customer Support / Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Cabinet Transformations, LLC, in Fayetteville, GA is seeking to fill a full-time position as a customer support receptionist for a small locally owned cabinetry business. This position reports to the General Manager. Works closely with the Operations Manager.
Primary responsibilities include:
Receptionist -- answering the phone, greeting customers who enter the showroom, prequalifying potential customers and setting appointments. Tracking and responding to leads.
Customer support – working with existing customers who call with needs, such as work orders, and conveying the needs of the customer to the appropriate staff member.
Administrative assistance – performing occasional support tasks for the general manager, such as researching items or vendors; printing and collating materials in support of the sales design consultants; scanning and saving documents to the files on the drive; ordering support materials from vendors that include printed materials, promotional materials, uniforms from engraver, etc.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
4 Years of experience in customer service, receptionist work, and administrative support.
MUST be very good at dealing with people, strong verbal and written skills, computer literate, comfortable with basic Microsoft and Google Suite software programs, including Excel and Google Sheets.
Bilingual with Spanish is a strong plus.
Hours: M-F 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., some Saturdays 10-3.
Salary: $15.00/hr
