Job Summary
Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Cancellations Specialist to support our team with processing aftermarket cancellations, managing schedules, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to follow up with customers, and a keen attention to detail. No prior experience is required, as we are happy to provide training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Process aftermarket cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
-Conduct Schedule Reviews and ensure all necessary documentation is properly -processed.
- Handle customer service phone calls and follow up on inquiries or requests related to cancellations and remittances.
- Manage aftermarket contract remittance processing efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of cancellation and remittance transactions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to resolve issues or provide information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
- Work independently, managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
