We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team. The role involves resolving technical requests submitted through self-service tickets, ensuring support for both internal and external customers.
Working with the Remote Operations group on the Accounts Management team. Onsite, Shift work Monday – Friday from 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm EST. No Hybrid work available.
Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Create, delete, and modify customer accounts as needed, ensuring all records are maintained and updated accurately within tracking databases.
- Issue Identification and Reporting : Identify and report recurring issues or patterns, providing insights to management for continuous process improvements and proactive solutions.
- Team Collaboration and Adaptability : Demonstrate strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication and Customer Service : Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring effective support and fostering positive relationships with customers through clear and helpful interactions.

Required Certifications : DoD 8570 IA Type : IAT Level 1
DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements : CompTIA A CE, CompTIA Network CE
