This role is remote for a local candidate to the DC Metro Area.
The Opportunity:
- Orchestrate diverse, high-impact recruiting initiatives, from invitational-style hiring events, sponsorships, to premier career fairs.
- Drive CACI's hiring success through strategic Talent Acquisition events.
- Optimize event strategies and tools to maximize ROI and candidate engagement.
- Create exceptional experiences for top tier, cleared technical talent.
- Generate creative ideas, offer new solutions, and implement change.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class event experiences to highly technical, cleared candidates.
- Lead the event function, delegating to a cross-functional, skills-based team.
- Oversee 5-10 events monthly, ensuring effective planning, logistics, and team communication.
- Tracks and maintains the event team budget.
- Facilitate TA event committee meetings and drives enterprise-wide collaboration.
- Partner with University Programs and the Veterans Affairs teams to optimize TA processes.
- Measure and report on event success and ROI.
- Manage the event “swag” strategy for all TA events and new hire kits.
- Optimize the event platform technology and serve as a power user.
- Develop and execute yearly marketing and event sponsorship plans.
- Provide resources and training for recruiters and event participants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies for events.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience with a minimum of 5 years of event management or employer brand marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and survey tools.
- Experience with CRM and ATS software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and take initiative.
- Proven ability to scale services and influence strategies.
- Familiarity with various event platforms and recruiting tools.
- Ability to execute multiple assignments on tight deadlines.
- Experience leading complex, high-investment event strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.

- Experience working in HR or supporting recruiting operational activities.
