CNC PRODUCTION MANAGER
Position Summary:
The CNC Production Machining Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CNC machining operations. This includes ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met.
This role leads a team of skilled professionals, optimizing processes, maintaining equipment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Balance workload, minimize downtime, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Lead and Mentor CNC Machinists: Provide training, performance management, and support to optimize individual and team performance.
- Analyze Production Data: Apply lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Schedule Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment lifespan.
- Optimize Costs: Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and manage inventory efficiently to maximize profitability.
Skills & Qualifications:
