What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service / Office Representative position at CAD Pest Control?
- We are a busy pest control company looking for a customer service representative
- We are a small business who treats our employees with respect and dignity. We are not corporate.
- 32-40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
- Pre-employment drug test required
- Clean criminal record/ pre-employment background check
- Professional, friendly and accurate when taking customer information
- Answering busy phones
- sales/aiding customers in selecting services.
- Assist customers with their accounts
- Contacting customers by phone and text for scheduling appointments
- 1 year in customer service required.
- Health insurance, dental and vision after 60 days, 100% paid by employer
- vacation/sick after 30 days
- For the right individual, there is room for advancement as a scheduler
