Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Compliance Associate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assist in the monitoring and documenting regulatory compliance within the organization.

· Assist in conducting audits and preparing reports that help in identifying any compliance issues.

· Assist in the implementation of quality improvement activities to increase compliance rates as measured by accreditation, licensure, and certification standards.

· Conduct chart reviews for clinical and non-clinical programs and record outcomes.

· Assemble data, prepare reports and findings.

· Assist in developing trainings for new and ongoing staff to increase chart compliance.

Candidates must possess the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in clinical/health administration or related field.

· Two years’ experience in chart compliance.

· Proficient in compliance monitoring and continuous quality improvement principles.

· Skilled in database software, spreadsheets, development of reports and electronic medical health record systems.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,801.00 - $80,086.00 per year
