Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Coordinator to help seniors and their families find a welcoming home. If you excel at building relationships, have a talent for sales and marketing, and love working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our community by:
Sales & Leasing:
- Guiding seniors and their families through selecting and moving into their new home.
- Utilizing the Senior Sales System to provide a seamless sales experience.
- Conducting tours, creating positive first impressions, and maintaining model apartments.
- Coordinating the move-in process and working with Health Services on resident assessments.
Business Development:
- Dedicating at least 16 hours weekly to building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Organizing and participating in marketing events, presentations, and trade shows.
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve occupancy goals.
Community Engagement:
- Leading engagement programs like the Resident/Family/Associate/Friend Referral Program, Ambassador Program, and Housewarming Program.
- Building strong partnerships with referral sources and contributing to a welcoming, vibrant community atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
