Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Coordinator to help seniors and their families find a welcoming home. If you excel at building relationships, have a talent for sales and marketing, and love working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our community by:

Sales & Leasing:

  • Guiding seniors and their families through selecting and moving into their new home.
  • Utilizing the Senior Sales System to provide a seamless sales experience.
  • Conducting tours, creating positive first impressions, and maintaining model apartments.
  • Coordinating the move-in process and working with Health Services on resident assessments.

Business Development:

  • Dedicating at least 16 hours weekly to building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and local businesses.
  • Organizing and participating in marketing events, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve occupancy goals.

Community Engagement:

  • Leading engagement programs like the Resident/Family/Associate/Friend Referral Program, Ambassador Program, and Housewarming Program.
  • Building strong partnerships with referral sources and contributing to a welcoming, vibrant community atmosphere.

  • A proactive self-starter with strong marketing and sales capabilities.
  • Perseverant and tenacious in following up on leads and completing tasks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, aligned with our mission and values.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retirement, marketing, or public relations industries (helpful but not required).
  • Familiarity with local markets and community resources (a plus).
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other tools to document activities and manage workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
