We are seeking a Client Success & Services Manager to be the key link between our customers and internal teams. This role is a mix of account management, procurement / negotiations, proposal development, and timely / effective follow-ups with both client and internal team members. Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all client-facing communications is a must.
What You’ll Do :
Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by providing exceptional service, keeping them informed on procurement, proposals, invoicing, and delivery status.
- Develop long-lasting relationships to ensure client retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Proposal Development & Quoting :
Collaborate with manufacturers and distributors to negotiate pricing and fulfill client needs.Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and ensure pricing, terms, and deliverables are outlined and signed off before finalizing proposals.Work with internal teams to refine proposal strategies and improve the quoting process.Account Health & Management :
Monitor and maintain the health of client accounts, proactively addressing any risks to retention.Communicate with relevant teams to address issues swiftly and ensure client satisfaction.Sales & Business Development :
Advise clients on optimizing advertising funds, drive new partnerships, and help generate additional revenue.Identify new sales opportunities, handle negotiations, and collaborate with Partner and Category Management teams to expand business with existing partners.Process Improvement & Collaboration :
Continuously improve client engagement processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience.Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve team goals and support new business opportunities.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Contract & Agreement Negotiation :
Manage contracts, agreements, and invoicing processes, ensuring all metrics, compliance, and guidelines are adhered to.Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.What We’re Looking For :
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of education and / or experience.2 years of experience in customer success, account management, procurement, or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and helping clients succeed.Detail-oriented with excellent proposal and quoting experience.Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.Experience in CRM systems (ie. Mondays), digital advertising metrics (ie. ACOS, CPC, CPA, and CPM), and customer support tools is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat are a plus.Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and managing high-level client relationships in a fast-paced environment.Strong track record of driving successful client relationships, delivering strategic recommendations, and achieving sales goals.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.Ability to adapt to new processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.Why Join Us?
