The Project Manager is responsible for the project leadership of support/development of production programs. The Project Manager is the main point of contact for their assigned projects, coordinating between functional disciplines within Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality to ensure smooth operations and resolve project issues. This is occasionally a customer-facing role is an exciting, dynamic, and fast-paced matrix leadership position. Supports project/program proposals as required. Reviews project requirements documentation. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule and budget are well defined and maintained with support from manager. Provides coordination between multi-discipline resources to ensure required program/project support and reviews/approvals are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for participating in project reviews, during life cycle of development through production transfer. Participates in technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements. Assist in the maintenance the facilities/equipment and sets lab priorities in coordination with functional managers and manages the execution of tasks at the Forsyth location.
- Manages development and production programs under the direction of the Senior Program Manager
- Manages IR&D and customer-funded R&D projects to assure successful program execution for technical, schedule, development cost, and design-to-unit-production cost (DTUPC) objectives.
- Provides consistent and regular metrics to validate and support Customer SDRLs
- Develops project planning documents, including budgets, Integrated Master Schedules, Compliance Matrices, Staffing Plans, Capital Equipment Plans, and associated documents.
- Work with program and engineering teams to identify and mitigate risk during project life cycle.
- Ensures the baselining and conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that align with technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Maintains project schedule, provides inputs to develop and report project Estimation at Complete (EAC), reports adherence to cost and schedule baselines for project. Provides input for the preparation of baseline change requests, variance reports, and manages resource requests.
- Provide consistent and regular metrics to support internal leadership
- Leads, participates in, and facilitates continuous improvement efforts related to engineering development, test readiness, production readiness, and other engineering-related topics
- Collaborates in team meetings and activities.
- Assist in daily operations and daily lab management.
- Supports Business Development team in the proposal writing and cost estimation process
- Associate's degree in business, engineering OR four (4) years of equivalent management or relative experience.
- Two (2) years experience in manufacturing or in a high-tech electronics industry; RF experience preferred.
- Two (2) years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export law. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Five (5) years experience in manufacturing or in a high-tech industry; RF experience preferred.
- Five (5) years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel.
- Experience with managing contracts from US Government agencies, such as DLA, and major DoD prime contractors.
- Four-year college degree, in business, marketing or engineering.
- Able to interface with internal stakeholders, and all functional departments.
- Active DoD Clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong demonstrated skills in relationship management.
- Innovative, proactive and flexible.
- Willing to take on new challenges and tasks which potentially have no existing process.

Salary Range: $66,507 - $106,852 annually (Forsyth, MO)
