Job Duties
- Responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverage to customers.
- Serves customers at banquet functions.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- This position can be located on organization chart K-3.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as food server preferred.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
