What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAESARS REWARDS REPRESENTATIVE position at Caesars Entertainment?
Reporting directly to the Caesars Rewards Supervisor, the Caesars Rewards Representative is responsible for greeting guests, signing new members up for the Caesars Rewards program, answering all questions related to Horseshoe’s loyalty program, assisting guests with their accounts and assisting with any activity that is taking place at the Caesars Rewards counter, including promotions.
JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing duties
- Creates atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests
- Be proficient in comps, cash back, voids, new accounts, reprints, promotions and redeeming procedures
- Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing business levels
- Attend department meetings, trainings and information sessions
- Greets and welcomes customers with a smile as a company representative
- Serves as Caesars Rewards and customer service role model for other team members
- Understands, values and supports Caesars Rewards program and special events and promotions
- Constantly seeks ways to improve friendly, helpful service and reduce customer waiting time to positively impact department’s customer service ratings
- Effectively and enthusiastically communicates the benefits of the customer loyalty program and provides players with a compelling reason to play at Horseshoe every time
- Cross sells property events (shows, promotions, etc…) and amenities such as restaurants
- Ensures each customer interaction results in increased customer confidence in Caesars Rewards
- Is knowledgeable about competitors’ programs and can make favorable comparisons
- Promotes and executes customer promotions or other activities taking place at the Caesars Rewards desk or a satellite station flawlessly
- Creates and maintains customer accounts using Horseshoe’s computer systems
- Issues comps in accordance with department comp policy
- Ensures data is accurate and maintains integrity of data
- Collaborates with work-group and all support departments to ensure player satisfaction
- Communicates all relevant information to co-workers and management to maintain consistency and avoid potential problems
- Ensures confidentiality of all customer data. Complies with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate should be self-motivated and detail orientated
- Excellent verbal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Taking direction from multiple Leads/Supervisors/Managers from multiple areas
- Maintain upbeat and positive attitude across multiple tasks and environments
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and work weekends and holidays
COMPENSATION:
$16.00 hourly
