Functions and responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of carshell manufacturing and welding processes while maintaining established quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, proper workflow, and adherence to production schedules.
- Assist in implementing cost-effective production strategies within budget constraints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficiency and workplace safety.
- Enforce health and safety protocols in welding and manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and welding processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs focused on welding techniques and safety procedures.
- Supervise and guide production team members, providing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding employees, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to training, performance, and safety compliance.
- Work closely with other departments, including materials supply and engineering teams, to coordinate workflow and address production challenges.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with team members and management to ensure alignment on production goals and operational priorities.
