AP Manager
Café Zupas is a rapidly growing restaurant chain looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. As the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for all AP/AR Functions including processing invoices and guest payments, assisting the accounting team with month end close, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
· Manage our accounts payable process including entering invoices into accounting system
· Manage our billing and receipt of payments of house account receivables
· Manage and maintain an organized filing system
· Answer vendor and internal inquiries
· Print and obtain signatures on checks
· Assist in monthly closings by having all AR/AP invoices posted in a timely manner, as well as, all credit card reconciliations
Experience and Qualifications needed to be successful:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience processing accounts payable
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Strong proficiency in Excel
· Experience in Nav accounting system a plus, but not required
· Able to communicate effectively on the phone and via email
· Desire to learn from mistakes and continually grow and improve
· Thrives best when working independently
· Enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced and high growth work environment
