Position: Leasing Agent
Location: Clermont, FL
Salary: Based upon qualifications and experience
Summary: Property management firm is seeking a LEASING AGENT who is outgoing, eager for a challenge, work well in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to lease apartments, market in the local target market and assist current residents of the Cagan Crossings community comprising over 1700 apartment homes. This key position will be responsible for the following:
Ø All aspects of the leasing process from the initial point of contact to following up with the resident after move-in
Ø Coordinate online marketing
Ø Work with the manager and assistant manager in fulfilling the marketing strategy
Ø Assist current residents
Ø Assist the resident relations team with lease renewals and other resident events/activities

Qualifications: Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work on occasional weekends
Bi-lingual (spanish) Plus
Experience: 1 years of related multi-family property management experience or related sales experience
