LEASING PROCESSING ASSISTANT
Title: Leasing Processing Assistant

THE POSITION
As a Cagan TEAM MEMBER, you’ll be delivering the highest level of customer service by ensuring that your clients’ expectations and needs are not only met but exceeded. - Process applications in compliance with all laws, policies, and procedures put forth by the Fair Housing Act, ADA, OSHA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Cagan Management Group
- Responsible for the client experience from the moment you are processing the application to move in, in partnership with the management team.
- On the job training – opportunity to learn all aspects of the leasing process including ad postings, obtaining and communicating with leads, scheduling tours, and more
- Answer prospect phone calls, texts, and emails. Track and record all prospect communication in our system.
- Assist in preparation of daily and weekly reports and other reports as needed under the direction of the Leasing Director.
- Renewals calls
- Cover for the front desk as needed.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous Administrative experience. ( At least one year)
- Desire to learn more about the real estate industry
- Leasing license is a plus or willing to acquire it in the first 90 days.
- Highly motivated to grow with the company, confident and with positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic technology skills required (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
