Job Overview: As a Psychometric Support/Research Assistant at Cambium Assessment, you will provide support and assistance to our Assessment division which includes Psychometricians & Statisticians that deliver secure, reliable, and scalable assessment solutions. You will assist in generating and producing materials for item review, running data analysis programs, and performing quality assurance checks on analysis outputs. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of technical reports and validity studies, review all field test and operational test forms, and coordination of client schedules and communications. Job Responsibilities: Provide general Psychometric support for the entire Psychometric team. Will work on routine assignments autonomously and receive guidance and supervision on more complex tasks. Take the initiative to acquire, increase, and keep current on CAI systems, procedures, and teams. Manage updates of annual technical documentation, such as scoring and analysis specifications. Produce Standard Setting configuration files along with any other related Standard Setting materials. Communicate effectively with other CAI teams. Generate work with minimal errors in a timely fashion. Advanced ability with Microsoft tools, particularly with Excel and Word. Why Work With Us?
