Seeking a self-motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) individual to provide administrative support in a small but growing criminal/immigration law firm. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: communicating with clients regarding all aspects of their case; completing forms; preparing basic correspondence; scanning/copying documents; managing and organizing case files; accepting payments and communicating with clients regarding payments; and interpreting from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish;
- Strong reading and writing skills;
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service;
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under pressure;
- Strong computer skills and competency in MS Office 365;
- Attention to detail and ability to complete assignments under deadlines;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff; and
- Must be a self-starter, energetic, and motivated with a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
