The primary responsibility of the ServiceNow Administrator is the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

- Discovery
- Asset Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management

- Performance Analytics
- Other service modules as needed
Perform design and implementation tasks, such as:
- Requirements gathering
- Configuration
- Integration
- Testing
Partner with users to:
- Create/modify process workflows
- Develop reporting and dashboards
- Create knowledge, technical, and process documentation
Stay up to date on new ServiceNow features and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual improvement.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills
