Job Overview :
We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform . This role will support various IT service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Performance Analytics . The Administrator will also assist in designing and implementing solutions, integrating systems, and developing reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform .
- Support ITSM processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Develop and modify dashboards, reports, and knowledge documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize platform functionality.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continual improvement.
