Working Conditions
The physical work location of the position is designated at the department's headquarters location, a three-story building and standard office modular workspace located in Natomas. The duties of the position require sitting for long periods of time while using a personal computer, reviewing documents, and attending meetings whether they are digital (i.e., Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, etc.) or in person.

Desirable Qualifications
- Ability to travel to and from our field office, without delay, to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
- Self-motivated, independent, highly reliable, problem-solver, collaborator.
- Experienced with deployment and troubleshooting of Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Software and Hardware in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Experience planning, testing, implementing and/or integrating new solutions.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience with administration of cloud and on-prem network systems and solutions such as Wi-Fi controllers, Firewalls and Managed Switches.
