Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III (Chief Financial Officer), the Staff Services Manager II (Fiscal Officer) is responsible for overseeing all budget and accounting duties for OTSI. The Fiscal Officer also oversees functions related to the the development and implementation of new procedures and processes for accounting services. Additionally, this position includes supervisory responsibilities related to staff management and development for both the budgets and accounting units of the division.
