Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager / Human Resources Generalist to oversee daily office operations while managing key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in office management, human resources, and vendor management, along with the ability to foster a productive, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, manage office supplies, facilities, and employee resources, and supervise administrative staff.
Human Resources: Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
Accounting & Vendor Management: Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, insurance renewals, and vendor relationship management.
Marketing & Communication: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and manage internal/external communications.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-departmental teams, ensure optimal collaboration, and support employee development.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain employee safety and health standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in office management and 3 years in HR, preferably within a construction-related industry.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with occasional exposure to mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
Ability to sit for long periods, perform light lifting, and handle office equipment.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
