Role Overview:
The Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding our title services in Florida. This position is commission-based, ideal for a self-motivated and relationship-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and brokerage firms, and promoting our integrated services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, and brokerage firms, to promote our title services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, focusing on relationship-building and trust.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent Call it Closed and expand our reach.
- Provide clients with detailed information about our integrated services and how they can benefit their business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the real estate or title services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Florida real estate market and title services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use GoHighLevel as a CRM and marketing tool, either through previous experience with the product or the ability to quickly learn.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation:
