The starting salary range for this position is $32,000 - $34,000 ($15.38 - $16.35 per hour), depending on experience. The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's office is located at 5 East 2nd Street in Fulton, MO. The normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Job responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant at the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks crucial to the efficient functioning of our office. Your duties will include:
- Answering phones, processing mail, and greeting visitors
- Overseeing the crime victims’ restitution program:
- Monitoring restitution payments
- Collecting, logging, and disbursing restitution payments
- Assisting with paperwork for missed payments
- Managing purchases and assisting with office finances:
- Preparing and collecting invoices, coordinating payments with county offices, and ensuring payments are made promptly
- Managing training and travel arrangements for employees, trial witnesses, and crime victims
- Making bank deposits and assisting with audits
- Handling the purchase of office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, call center operations, or banking is advantageous.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
