Cashier/Customer Service

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier/Delivery Team member to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced restaurant environment and possess strong communication skills. Duties

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, enhancing the shopping experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about new items and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service delivery.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in counter service restaurant or fast food experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader range of customers.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about featured items or specials
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
