About the Position
CallHarbor is seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to expand our channel partner program. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will be a critical part of driving our sales growth and partner success by developing strong relationships with sales partners such as MSPs, IT consultants, and telecom agents. You will work closely with the Channel Sales Director to create and execute strategic initiatives, manage partner performance, and ensure that CallHarbor’s UCaaS solutions are effectively positioned in the market.
The ideal candidate is an organized, high-energy individual with strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by managing channel sales activities, training partners on our products, giving demonstrations to potential clients, and representing CallHarbor at industry events, including trade shows and networking engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage new channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive sales growth and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Channel Sales Director to identify new business opportunities and refine channel sales strategies.
- Provide product training and ongoing support to partners, ensuring they understand and can effectively sell CallHarbor’s UCaaS offerings.
- Run full demos of the CallHarbor platform to potential customers, and discover needs to quote the solution accurately.
- Manage deal registration, oversee partner performance metrics, and ensure partners receive the necessary resources and support.
- Represent CallHarbor at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our partner network.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed for optimal market positioning.
Qualifications
- Ability to educate partners & customers on the value of doing business with CallHarbor.
- Proven success in channel sales or partner management, particularly in the telecom, IT, or UCaaS industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM software to track opportunities and maintain partner communication.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide partners toward success.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of UCaaS, cloud communications, or related technology solutions.
- Experience leading sales or managing partner channels in the IT or telecommunications sectors.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and other productivity tools for effective communication & collaboration.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
