CALPAK seeks a Digital Technical Coordinator to support the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Support Digital Tech Stack Manager in overseeing development, integration, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms.
- Document technical workflows, new processes, and system updates for clear communication across teams.
- Maintain compliance with ADA/WCAG accessibility guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Liaise between Digital Tech Stack Manager and other Digital team members and cross-functional teams for smooth communication and project execution.
- Monitor Online Store performance and assist with optimization of websites to resolve speed or functionality issues.
- Perform regular website QA, identify issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Assist in research of new platforms and technology solutions.
- Help with product data imports, exports, and bulk updates.
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience with Shopify Plus
- Understanding of Shopify's admin panel and app ecosystem
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Liquid (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with project management principles and project management solutions
- Ability to work with technical documentation and create tickets for developers describing technical tasks
- Experience working with developers to implement technical solutions and perform updates to the website
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and clearly with internal and external team members
