Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 p/hour. This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for submission of all invoices to our customers through use of various media, such as internet portals or emails.
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy, identify errors, and provide solutions.
- Resolve any discrepancies that prohibit successful invoice submission.
- Responsible for posting cash to applicable accounts.
- Responsible for entering in commissionable orders into our ERP system for tracking.
- Assist with reconciliation of commissions.
- Work closely with collaborate with other departments.
- Communicate with external and internal customers utilizing Caltrol's Think Customer standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or required.
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED.
- AA in Accounting a plus! (but not required).
- Previous experience with collections.
- Previous invoicing experience in an ERP business system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Dedication to providing customer service excellence.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Physical Demands:
Standard office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and using the telephone. A standing desk may be available if accommodations are required. Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry up to 15 pounds at a time.
Travel:
N/A. Rare travel for company trainings.
Work Hours:
Shift is standard business hours Monday – Friday. Some overtime may be required during the week.

Salary : $500
