JOB TITLE: Office Manager
DEPARTMENT: Boynton Beach
REPORTS TO: Campus Pastor
STATUS: Hourly, Non-exempt
HOURS: Full Time (40)

You will:
- Provide practical and biblical counsel, encouragement and prayer for phone calls, emails and appointments
- Provide administrative support for the Pastor; i.e., filing, mail, supplies, compiling data and producing reports, calendar planning, facility maintenance oversight, event planning, etc. Schedule meetings, appointments and counseling sessions
- Responsible for Boynton Beach Regional Campus accounting, including but not limited to: accounts payable, sales reporting, expense reimbursement, reconciling credit card account, bank deposits, tracking budgets for specific events, approving timesheets of staff, preparing honorariums, and tracking benevolence funds. Manage petty cash: reconcile petty cash report, complete monthly petty cash report through AvidXchange. Submit invoices through AvidXchange and approve payments. Process reimbursements through Nexonia
- Responsible for Regional Campus legal documents, including but not limited to: W-9's, FUA's (Facility Use Agreements), COI's (Certificates of Insurance), waivers, vehicle insurance, checking Sunbiz for proper legal names of organizations, and obtaining Pastor Duane's signature when necessary
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Provide oversight and help for services, maintaining volunteer organization, ordering supplies and providing any support needed
- Provide administrative support for all ministry events and activities
- Coordinate, train and develop administrative staff and office volunteers
- Help to set goals and oversee ministries, develop volunteers, and organize events. Serve as the Point person for all projects and crisis situations
- Assist in creating and updating various reports on Ministry Platform
- Order supplies, submit online orders as needed

- Enter weekly church attendance reports into MP and Google Drive
- Answer phone calls; respond to messages and emails in a timely manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments

What you are required to know:

- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies
