About the Role
CalWest Educators Placement is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Student Services Leadership, beginning in July 2025.
This leadership role will support the integration process for students receiving special services and work closely with the leadership team to hire, mentor, and train lower school faculty and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and experience leading student-centered programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of student-centered schedules and support curriculum design, inventory, and implementation.
- Design, deliver, and support professional development opportunities for teachers.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to update learning profiles and ensure their implementation with fidelity.
- Participate in curriculum meetings to advocate for child-centered decision-making and evidence-based instruction.
- Fulfill all assigned duties and responsibilities.
