Duties
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop treatment plans

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Experience
- Associates or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of gender issues counseling is preferred
- Familiarity with art therapy techniques is a plus
- Understanding of psychopharmacology principles
