*Overview* We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. *Duties* - Conduct the nightly audit process efficiently and accurately - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Manage reservations and assist with booking changes - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities - Prepare daily reports for hotel management - Assist with front desk duties as needed *Requirements* - Proficiency in phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills - Experience in hotel operations, front desk, or guest services is preferred - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems - Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual or bilingual setting is a plus - Familiarity with resort or hospitality industry practices
Job Type: Part-time
