Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:
- Greet patients as they arrive
- Answer phone calls
- Respond to emails in a professional manner
- Confirm appointments
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Time management skills
- Manage reports
- Excellent verbal skills to communicate effectively
- Follow up on missed appointment
- Communicate and coordinate with other dental offices
- Gather information and coordinate business meetings
- Prepare the member for orthodontic treatment by creating a welcoming, comforting environment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Ability to multitask in a high volume Orthodontic practice
- Manage task to completion as assigned
Bilingual (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
