Culinary Arts Program Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Arts Program Director to lead our vibrant and engaging Culinary Studio at Camp Danbee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Culinary Arts program, including daily cooking classes, supervising culinary staff, and creating a supportive learning environment for campers aged 7-15.
This is a specialty leadership role that focuses on delivering an exceptional program experience. Unlike bunk counselors, this role does not involve living with campers, allowing you to focus fully on your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all aspects of the Culinary Arts program
- Manage a team of instructors, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate lessons
- Oversee kitchen safety, cleanliness, and organization within the Culinary Studio
- Guide campers through fun and hands-on cooking projects
- Collaborate with the Program Team on scheduling and special events
