Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced wilderness leader to join our team as a Teen Late Night Lead. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to guide groups of youth on backpacking trips in Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide 1-2 night backpacking trips in Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada Mountains
- Facilitate groups of youth on our challenge course
- Co-lead multi-week teen travel adventures involving climbing, rafting, hiking, camping, backpacking, and surfing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience with children and prior experience backpacking. If you do not possess certain certifications, we will help cover the costs of obtaining them before the job start date.
