About the Role
Campers Inn RV is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters. This is an on-site/hybrid position where you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and an advocate for employees—helping to align people strategies with business goals.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings expertise in employee relations, talent management, project/process management and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on talent management, engagement, risk and performance
Support organizational change and growth initiatives
Lead employee relations matters and conduct thorough, objective investigations
Analyze HR data and trends to recommend strategic solutions and process improvements
Collaborate with leadership and HR peers to drive workforce planning, development, and retention strategies
Ensure legal compliance in HR practices and partner with the legal team as needed
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications:
PHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification required (or in progress)
Experience:
5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
Experience in high-growth or multi-location environments strongly preferred
Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong business acumen and data literacy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
