Campers Inn RV is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time. This role is responsible for maintaining payroll integrity while also supporting Human Resource functions as assigned.

What You’ll Do
This role is more than just payroll—you’ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring a seamless payroll process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
✔ Take ownership of payroll operations, processing bi-weekly payroll accurately
✔ Manage employee records, including new hires, terminations, changes, and benefits administration
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, wage processing, and paid time off
✔ Support employees by addressing payroll concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service
✔ Handle payroll-related mailings, such as child support and garnishments
✔ Maintain accurate records and audit trails for payroll transactions and compliance documents
✔ Assist with payroll filing and other administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
🔹 Education – High School Diploma or equivalent required
🔹 Experience – 2 years of Payroll or Human Resources experience required
