What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ministry Coordinator position at Campus Faith Clubs?
Campus Faith Clubs seeks an energetic, passionate, and ministry-minded individual to help lead and deliver ministry services to Campus Faith Clubs, its leadership, and its community. The Ministry Coordinator will work hand in hand with the Executive Director, other staff, and key volunteers to strategize, implement initiatives, and optimize the effectiveness of the mission and vision. This role is a “jack of all trades” style in a ministry with a small staff but a vast community and impact. The hours require flexibility (days plus occasional evenings and weekends). A full-time role is preferred, but there is potential for part-time.
Central Functions
- Develop, communicate, and deliver ministry services for club support and development.
- Create, deliver, and optimize digital communication (website, social media, emails, etc).
- Provide instruction, resourcing, and customer service to current and potential area club personnel: teachers, students, and advisors.
- Represent engagement and brand messaging inside and outside schools.
- Develop and report on club success with impact stories, evaluation, and goal setting.
- Lead and coordinate training and outreach events (Retreat, Flood the Field, etc).
- Lead the student internship program (Daniel Cohort) by setting goals, crafting ministry meetings, tracking assignments, and implementing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Passionate about middle and high school students and campus ministry, with the heart of a local missionary who is zealous about schools as a mission field
- Reliable, self-starter, problem solver, and excels in a flexible and varied schedule
- Strong digital and organizational skills to optimize in delivering ministry services
- Relational, coachable, and goal-oriented
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Training in leadership, evangelism, engagement, training, and discipleship
- Experience in ministry and non-profits
- High capacity to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders: students, parents,, teachers, donors, and church leaders
