About us:
Campus Realtors is a property management company located directly across the street from Baylor Campus! We partner with owners to manage hundreds of properties, including everything from single-family homes/duplexes to apartment complexes.
The Position:
We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and customer-oriented individual to join our team! As the first point of contact for our tenants, owners, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient office operations. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the overall success of the company.
Job Tasks:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring accurate message taking and appropriate routing
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Provide basic and accurate information about properties; both in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive and professional image
- Distribute appropriate keys to vendors, tenants, and owners
- Update calendars and schedule showings for leasing agents
- Send applications and background checks for future tenants
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, transcribing, and faxing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc…)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues
