We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary practice. DUTIES:
- Administrative tasks: Oversee administrative policies, accounting, and transactions with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
- Client service: Manage client complaints and inquiries, and educate clients on basic veterinary concepts
- Records management: Keep client records up to date, including medical history, vaccine status, and laboratory reports
- Financial management: Monitor costs, staff scheduling, and expenditures
- Inventory management: Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Equipment maintenance: Maintain all necessary veterinary equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in a veterinary office or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, handling techniques, and critical care procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
