Title: Product Onboarding Manager
Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Manage a team of skilled project and program managers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive programs to successfully onboard new product offerings.
- Define product roll-out strategy, track progress against goals and personally manage execution projects.
- Communicate progress across teams and levels in the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and implement changes.
- Create, optimize and drive structured schedules and project plans across divisions and cross-functional teams. Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing conditions or data.
- Connect all of the pieces of the initiative by thinking end-to-end, while leveraging all available assets to solve problems and create value for both short and long horizons.
- Define new product readiness for the entire Enterprise Delivery and Support Organization.
- Highly organized with attention to quality work
- Follows key project management methodology
- Ability to problem-solve, identify solutions and escalations
- Ability to recognize change in project scope and adjust accordingly
- Ability to recognize high-level opportunities for improvement and change
- Working knowledge of personal computers, with the ability to organize information using tools including, but not limited to database management, spreadsheets, word processing, or other business applications software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and tracking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork
- Communicates effectively and clearly, works well with others, and willingly responds to requests for assistance
- Handles multiple tasks, and demonstrates flexibility by switching priorities and focus with changing business demands
- Works effectively as part of team, while often working independently and with little direct supervision to accomplish goals and achieve results
