We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using schematics and logic controllers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment.
- Assist in residential painting and other facility improvement projects as needed.
- Supervise maintenance staff during projects to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Fabricate parts or components as required for repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed work orders and inventory of supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding logic controllers.
- Solid electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting circuits and wiring issues.
- Experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of residential painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to supervise others effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Competence in fabricating parts or components for repairs or installations.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
