We are recruiting for a teammate with experience in the skilled trades to facilitate the construction & management of commercial interior build-outs and renovations along Utah's Wasatch Front. Most projects entail working within operating facilities. Our team members are clean, organized and in tune with their surroundings.
Qualifications
Your current skill and experience is of lesser importance than your desire to evolve with the team. Ideal candidates include foreman or superintendents who are looking to advance. On average, 20% of our projects require night & weekend work. These projects receive premium pay. We need everyone to contribute to the completion of these projects but can consider making exception if your life situation won't allow.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites while actively maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Self perform: Carpentry, Layout, installation of doors/specialties, final touches
- Manage timely communication with all stakeholders
- Supervise and collaborate with subcontractors
- Track and translate the construction documents into the built environment
- Work with project manager to develop and maintain schedules

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
