Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor daily operations, including cash handling, store cleaning and managing employees on shift.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a clerk role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to sell products effectively.

Canna Bros. Albany is a quaint rural owner operated dispensary in Linn County Oregon. We are looking to hire 1 qualified and motivated store manager. Preference will be given to those who can be flexible on schedule and can work part-time independently. This position is for a reliable and responsible individual seeking long-term dependable employment. Applicants should have friendly demeanor, good adherence to rules, be punctual, and be eager to apply and expand their knowledge of working in cannabis industry.
Cannabis and/or retail experience preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- OLCC MJ Worker Permit
- Ability to reliably work a flexible schedule
- Willing to work long shifts & weekends & at other locations as needed
- Good attitude & team player
- Detail oriented
- Solid and applicable work history
- Weekends and weeknight availability are required for this position
