- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations related to cannabis sales.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills is essential.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience operating cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable.

- Must be of legal age to work in compliance with local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
- Valid Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) Employee Credential preferred.
