Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products
- Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash
- Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
Skills:
- Technical sales skills to effectively communicate the features and benefits of different cannabis products
- Fluent in English to communicate with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a clean store environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
