Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business growth and expand our presence across assigned states and territories. As a Sales Manager for Cannatron's Dispensary Supplies division, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with cannabis processors, dispensaries, and other key accounts.
About the Job
This position will work in-house at our Headquarters in Oak Park, MI and will include travel. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow our client base within designated regions, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing partnerships with dispensaries, processors, and other relevant businesses.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience selling directly into large Cannabis operators, including processors, MSOs, and dispensary chains
- Skill in conducting sales quotations, cost-benefit analyses, and finding tailored solutions for clients
- Proven sales skills with a strong ability to find opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue
- Project management experience, especially with product launches or custom packaging solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce), ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms
