ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Leading architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation facilities including performing 3-D modeling, & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, & 3DS Max.
- Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator
- Leading coordination of engineering systems with engineers & consultants.
- Developing schematic design & design development drawings & models
- Developing construction documents.
- Conducting materials & code research; and assisting in construction administration.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
The salary range for this position to be filled in the Los Angeles, CA area is $86,000 to $96,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
